How’s the Writing Going, MATH?

The writing is going medium speed. I did get a formatted draft of Cretaceous Verses, my collection of uncovered dinosaur poetry, to the publisher last week. I also penned a first look “I Learned of a Secret Half-Brother. Here’s How That Changed My Life,” which will be a non-fiction piece about learning of my older brother Mike who was given up for adoption before I was born.

Regarding the unwritten novel A Chart and a Prayer: I hadn’t worked on that since December, so today I printed out thirteen pages of forgotten text that I’ve written so far. I need to study my own work so that I can move forward with it. Today is a day of motivating myself. I caught up on chores last week (during self-imposed quarantine) so I have no excuse to put off daily progress (during continued self-imposed quarantine) on this work. Lord, grant me strength!

  1. You inspire me..medium speed is better than at a standstill. So happy your dino poets will be published soon. Miss seeing you at Scribes. Praying for you to feel His wind under your wings.
