I woke up this morning with a message from my brain: “Today you’re going to have climate change on your mind.”
Two years ago, my husband and I got a work estimate for converting our home to primarily solar power with battery backup, and the answer was an unaffordable $40k. The good news: Solar energy as a product is on the downward slope of the new-technology price curve. I plan to investigate again in 2021 in hopes that the price has gone way down.
I suppose that the other thing that I can do is to write to my elected officials and to support ecologically-conscious businesses.
Today is a good day to pray for the Earth and don green-colored glasses.
