RE: DISPLACED COSMOS (NARRATIVE TRANSLATION OF INTERVIEWS)

Please review the enclosed account of events when your schedule allows. As requested, my team and I have interviewed the subjects and compiled their testimonies into a chronological account of the events that led to both the release and solidification of World Eight and to the misplacement of World Nine.
We very much enjoyed speaking with most of the interviewees, who represented a spectrum of race, origination, gifts, etc. They were nice people. I express particular thanks to my fellow council member Crystalleen for her testimony, cooperation, and support.
Unfortunately, my team has not yet located the encapsulated cosmos World Nine or its supposed abductrix, Carmela Liotta. Pursuit continues across World Two and, although Miss Liotta’s trail has gone cold, agents will locate her soon. Her apparent gifts include strength of purpose and the ability to intimidate others into quick acquiescence.
As you have no doubt been informed, our detainee Barthold Sawyer disappeared from his holding chamber while I interviewed his associate James Donato in a separate space. The escapee cannot have gotten far. James seems rattled by his partner’s desertion, although, given his baseline personality, it is hard to tell the difference.
